[GI] Stuck in UBA for 13 hours!

    Since yesterday I got stuck in UBA without an opponent. After waiting 10 minutes for 2 draws the match ended, but instead of being kicked out, I was left in UBA. I cannot switch ships, I cannot log out ( closing browser and account is still online)

    So its been 13 hours since I got stuck in the UBA. I wrote to support the first time, and they told me they moved my ship to 3-1 map. yet, when I logged in the account is still stuck in the UBA. After that I wrote a few more tickets and have had no reply from the support at all. I feel ignored.

    I am already losing my double boosters while my account is stuck, I cannot do anything to leave. I tried everything I am able to. Clearing cache, Using DDMs to kill my self ( its demilitarized zone) Changing to other ships ( you can't because you're logged in).

    Please help :,|

    You should add in your UserID and server to this post so that when a mod does see this they can investigate asap.

    Mine was fixed after losing 20 hours of boosters. Good luck to you ^.^
