[GI] Stuck on "establishing connection"

    For some reason, one day I just couldn't connect to the same server. I get stuck on the message establishing connection and can['t play the game. I got this far in the game and can't even enjoy it.
     
  2. I have found if you close this page and return to the main page and hit "Start" again it will make a better connection to allow you to proceed into the client (game). If this does not work you might try clearing the browser history, Flash and Java Caches, reseting the modem/router and restarting the computer. These have all assisted when I have had issues getting into the client, except if D O is having a server issue (which is another possibility) but we find many people having this issue and making threads about it if it is a server related issue.

    I been having this issue for 3 days. Got in once then server reset happend and that was the last time I could enter game page. Contacted Support two days ago and still waiting to here back. By the way I have tried new browser, refreshing everyhing that you can refresh also reinstalled my browser and flash player. nothing worked!!!! It is 100% a dark orbit issue. just like always and slow to fix if they even try. Sorry but I have no faith in support after so many unfixed things that go on for years. Plus it's hard to fix things when you have to answer the phones also.

    got on after refreshing game loggin 10 times this morning. Got to fly back to base then server restart happened and that was that, now nothing gets me back to game page.

    Welcome Fohnix,

    Team is aware of the "establishing connection" problem that most users face and hope we hear some updates in this matter. Make sure you send a ticket to the support with exact time you are experiencing it and on which server you play with your ID. The more information team receive the better it can get.

    Would love to not repost twice to the same issue but when I send support something on this issue I have still not recieved a respones. Today makes day 5 or 6 that I sill have the same issue. Worked good till the server reset , after that I can't get back to game page. You can ask all ya wish but if support doesn't reply how do we know if they even got it. So we use the fourms to at least try and see if they are working on it. So they say the are but it seams the same for the past 5 or 6 days. I'm also missing an event the only missions worth doing in this game. If it were not for them and gates I would have stopped playing a long time ago.

    stuck on establishing connection. Have tried restarting laptop, restarting hub, closing game page and trying again all to no avail. Also, for the past week when I have gone to back page the game page crashes. I want to play the game, let me play please.
     
  7. Have the Caches and Histories been deleted/cleared. You say it happened after server reset which tells me they made fixes to the game which cause conflict in the saved information in these areas.
