    Hello, i have contacted the Support because of something on 17.12.2019 and still did not get any feedback etc. Not even an Email or something. I ply on the USA2 Server, but as i asked something on my GE1 acc i did get a reply within the first 30 minutes. Is something wrong with USA Support ? is this normal ?
