  1. Hello im a player from the Netherlands i have some questions to ask
    my problem is my ip adress is netherlands but i dont speak or write that language im coming from the part asia and just live here for 1 year already. Is it possible to use the english support team instead dutch team?

You are more than welcome to ask general questions of us and the community in our English forums here, but as your GeoIP is registered in the Netherlands their support team have responsibility for any account or chat based issues and the English Language team would not be allowed to access the back office for your specific account.
    That said, the Dutch support team do have English speakers and should there be any communication issues they, like any of the local language support teams in DO, will ask for assistance from other teams.

  3. I am sorry to ask this question here, but I can't find where to ask a new question. I have a mission for 20 uber struenners. I had 19 yesterday and killed 5 more, but the mission still shows 19. Am I doing something wrong when I kill the uber streuners, and yes I know I am not killing the boss streuners. Help? thank you.
     
  4. Do you have other quests open that require the Uber Streuners? Did you kill the r or R Streuner and which is it that is needed? Were you shooting it by yourself? If not, did you have the "red lock" or were you in group together? There have been some issues with items not counting correctly for quests reported and this might be one that needs to be looked into.

    I suggest having this quest open (showing in box) take a screen shot of you attacking the streuner, almost dead, and taking a screen shot of the backpage logbook showing the kill and sending it to support for them to look into it (this has to be done through your server support).

    In case you have not done screen shots, hit "Print Screen" (by F12 key) and paste into windows paint or similar save as a jpeg file then create a ticket to support and reply to the auto message attaching the screen shots to it as proof (assuming the quest does not complete when it is showing in mission box).
