    hey i sent a ticket in i think probably almost 2 weeks ago and got no response, i sent another one asking whether or not they actually received my ticket on i think tuesday, it says they usually take a day to respond or sometimes even faster, does anyone know why they haven't responded after almost 2 weeks?
     
  2. From time to time the support request system glitches. Best to just inquire about your issue in the ticket you have now.

    VizzuaLLyO, Did you receive the auto responder email after submitting your ticket? After submitting a ticket to Support an email is immediately sent to the email address on record for your account. If you are not getting this email, check your junk mail folder to see if it is there.
