    How long does it normally take support to reply? Because so far it has been a good five days and they say it takes 1 business day or even 'less'.
     
  2. I would have to say it would depend on you query as I believe they have a 'Triage' system..
    The question must be.. did you receive a mail saying they would reply.. if this is the case then they will reply, given time and considering the volume of questions at this time... Bumping your comment/complaint in Forum is not helping you as Forum is seperate ..!
    You didnt mention your server, complaint/comment or UID...


    I have to say that although they are being 'talked down' by some new 'Forum-Greenhorn' participators that I believe they are working with-in their means and constant complaints are not going to help.. or was that your intention?

  3. With all the problems in the game currently they are swamped with tickets to deal with. The more tickets the longer it takes to get a reply. As you have not stated what the issue reported is we can not respond as to why it may not have been answered, we can speculare it is an issue that has been previously reported and you have been added to the list of accounts effected and when the fix is found they will correct it and then send a message saying to check and see if it is corrected for your account or not.

    Under normal Game Circumstances the response time is 24-48 hours but with 3 months of bugs and glitches that are still effecting players there are way too many for them to address all of them on a daily basis. Just think how long it would take you to get through your email if all of a sudden thousands of people started sending emails to you everyday.

    I dont know what being a forum greenhorn has to do with anything of this matter. Support should do what they committed to doing which is answering a question within one business day. The issue i sent them about is that my chat is AGAIN, I have been without my chat for about a week now. This is not the first time my chat was down, it was down about 1 month ago for like 2 weeks and when they fixed it they said not to worry about it anymore and now I'm suffering no
