what is the ways to get Surgeon Goliath ?

i missed the event again so im wondering if it will be in shop

if the only way to get it is while event, when its usually comes ?

It can be found in shop but is rarely on display, used to be in assembly table for a moment. Also it is sometimes available during special Uridium purchase offers as a bonus when stated during the special hour.

Is the surgeon ever be on the shop again and btw what happened with the new ships? when we are going to be able to craft em ?

 

No, you'll be not able to buy with uridium. At least that what I know. Ships were taken down... some changes had to be done by devs. They will be up but I have no date for them at the moment.
