[GI] Switching Hanger

Hello,

I've a problem while switching ships, if my current ship is cloaked then after switching to new ship it gets cloaked too and switching back to my first one makes it uncloaked so am wasting cloaks just from switching ships!

Any help on how to evade that?

 

Do not use warp unless all your ships are cloaked as when you warp you are changing the equipment and thus the cloak is not the same as the chip changes when you change ship. It is something that needs further research by Dev Team to try to correct but I know every time I warp/change ship I pop my cloak. You might try to log out, change hangar, and then log back in, but this is not going to have the ship in the same location as previous unless they are both there to begin with.

 

Your not wasting cloaks as much as just giving it up. You had selected cloak on the first ship only, and when you change ships, it should actually turn it off. If you log out and switch ships, it leaves you with the cloak on it as a bleed over which has been a problem for as long as I first started playing and maybe longer. Changing ships, in game, resets how you should be. Don't want to loose cloak, stay with the ship you were on until you are done with it.

A: Yes, like the Advanced Jump CPU. If you have switched the cloak will break though.
