    Hello and Thank you for writing in. I believe the target marker ability gives you a 10% damage increase.

    Maybe it would be better if it was indicated on the skill itself rather than we have this kinds of confusions/assumptions.

    Yes, it can be very good, in game there is no detailed description about ship skills :(
