    It's happened to me a couple of times as well. Usually during or after one of my hilarious attempts at the Eternal Gate. It does come back after a while but not sure what the issue actually is.

    Hi,

    Are you still experiencing this issue? If so, then please log out can clear your cache. Please clear your Flash Player Cache as well.

    This should solve your problem
