[GI] Upgrading issue.

    Hi, playing on USA East 2.

    How does a 100% upgrade fail? A few moments ago, I tried to up a Level 2 LF4 to 3, pretty darn sure I did 100%, but it failed. It also does NOT appear as a failure in the upgrade log, but I know if happened b/c the roughly 4,000 U is gone. Is this some bug?

    No. I did 5 upgrades.
    all 100%.
    Apis drone 1 to 2. success
    Apis drone 2 to 3. success
    LF4 laser 1 to 2. success
    LF4 laser 2 to 3. Failed and does not appear in log.
    LF4 laser 2 to 3. success

    That's what I remember. I guess if I had a better computer I could of screen shotted it.
