    Hello, does anybody know if telephone(not mobile) purchase of uri works with the current purchase event? I know it works with %50 EP/HON events unsure if its the same with this event. I would like that herc :p

    As long as it is a PURCHASE then it should work. I have never heard of anyone not getting the bonus when they made the legitimate purchase of the said amount of Uridium.

    If, however, you do not get this, a quick note to support will help to resolve it. You may have to send to both Payment and Normal Support channels but one of them would resolve the issue for you. Remember to include the Balance Logbook (Uridium page shows purchase applied) and Home Page Logbook (shows extras booked if they were) and a copy of the promotion in home page newsletter section, to assist in the understanding of the issue.

    I might even include a before and after of the Hangar (Drones Inventory) page as proof of no Herc's added if it did not post properly (since you stated this is what you wanted and not the amount you were buying). I, myself want the Surgeon, but am happy to get a Herc also.
