    Hello. I have problem using voucher codes. I've finally found my email pw back, and and can't claim rewards now. Also there are some kind of 3D rewards. Is it possible to claim it?

    Hi .ΔŁMīЯΞX.™,

    To my understanding it has been a long time now since voucher codes were used within e-mails or newsletters. If you are looking at old e-mails from darkorbit then it is very possible that the voucher codes you have found will have expired. Most newsletter rewards are now claimed by logging into your account via the newsletter, however again most of those rewards would have also had a time frame associated to them before they expire.

    Unfortunately it is not possible to claim rewards for newsletter/vouchers that have now expired.
