[GI] What's the state of the game?

Hi

I'm writing because I used to play years ago and I was also very active on the forums.

Comparing the activity on the forum these days I've realized how much the community has changed.

The forums are basically inactive. The ingame chat as well when there would be dozens of people talking at the same time I find myself alone there now I remember when DO had to have a few chat moderators to control chaos there. But now it's completely empty.

The last 2 dev blogs were years ago.

Where can we see what the development team is working on?

I would love to see them actively talking on the forums and letting us know they are around to listen for feedback and what not.

Not trying to cause issues, just want to know what happened and how can we, both dev team and community, be able to receive and give feedback on game status.

 

Darkorbit discord, lots of people talking there.

Game and event announcements are also found there as well as future updates planned.

 

As stated more people have shifted to Discord as a way to communicate.

I see. I still think the forums should be prioritized over discord. But hey, what do I know. Probably the UX team figured the forums are not worth their time.
