[GI] WHERE ARE MY SHIPS...?

Nothing has been heard on the subject about ship returns nore have I had any type of compensation on either of my accounts>>>>> I can guarantee you are losing players by the day if not the hour ..sort the flipping game out I hardly play and now I don't wona play I just want my things I paid for back in my account like there ment to be ..
you're a business how long have you had to try and fix this 1.2.3 weeks rein burst us for our lost ships already its beyond a joke now good bye

 

I tried to reply to my response from Support on the issue and found they have already CLOSED the ticket. Why is D O making us create NEW tickets for OLD issues? It was reported in the "KNOWN ISSUES" that it should be resolved now. I still do not have them, even after being told they were going to look into this further, the information is not updated.

Does D O even want the game to survive? Is it your plan to destroy it from inside so it can be buried in the coffin you have been building for the last 4 years? We are over 2 months with issues that were reported and IGNORED and the 2 Updates have compounded the issues seen then and mad the game intolerable.

 

I noticed on another post, players said they were compensated for lost ships last month so i checked my log today to see if i got anything and

I would check your log history on this date.

 

Nope, your compensation is for duplicate ships of the same type while we lost ships like Aegis, Citadel and Spearhead only because they were equipped with the Elite design. The same happened to the Goliath and Vengeance ships as they were also equipped with stat bonus designs.
And no compensation were given for deleted ships that shouldn't have been deleted.

But all the basic ships wearing stat designs when the update went live were deleted and not compensated.
And we're still waiting for so long with this and many other issues only to get "it will be fixed when it will be fixed" kind of response. Probably the worst kind of reply when it comes to any serious business.

Unfortunately that is the only response we have to give you. They're working on it, and it's a priority, but we can't just whisk our hands when we answer a post and pretend to know like we know how or when it is going to be fixed exactly or if/what compensation might come once everything is sorted out and back in order.

As for tickets closing, they auto close after so many days of no response from the user so there's nothing that support can do about that as that is the system itself.

The dev team is hard at work on this, I understand that not having much of a visible note of progress is frustrating but this isn't something they can just rush out. There's a number of issues, even just ones considered critical status, and they all need attending to just as well.

There's been plenty of threads on this so I'm going to close this out in the meantime. When there's more to know they will let us know.
