[GI] Why am i still banned??

    Well a week ago my us3 acc banned because of an inappropriate nick name.I contacted with support and said that i cant log into my account.They said that my account got banned for 5 days.Its been 7 days and im still banned or not but still cant log in.Whenever i try it sends me to this url:https://us3.darkorbit.com/index.es?action=externalHome&loginError=99 .Hope someone can help me.

    And btw my brother plays darkorbit too and when he was playing i took the keyboard for a moment and typed to my clan leader from chat that ''its me lordcasillotas my account is banned this is my brothers account i'll be back 5 days later'' is that a ban reason?
