[GI] Why are my money refunded back to me?

    I contacted support as I cannot buy anything with my credit card, and they told me I have been blacklisted, then I went to check my bank account and found out all the money I've spent has been refunded back to me, wth? I didn't ask for any refund and now I'm blacklisted. I filled out the form the support told me to do, what the hell is happening?
