On GB1 often there's bad langue from odd player most nights cant it watched alot more or not give freedom to write what ever they like please

  2. Its hard for cm there watching so many servers that you dont see a cm in Gb1 for like 16days then youll see them for 1hour and there gone for another 16 days or so.

  3. If there is no mod on report their username and the time it happened to support. They can review the chat logs and take the appropriate action.

ok think best i dont use the chat be reporting all the time lol i think they should hire more staff if they cant handle all the servers

  5. They were searching for moderators and I think they are still looking [check here]
As you know CM's are humans too. Can't watch chat 24/7.You should screenshoot your chat and make a complaint if you wish to help!

  6. Many thanks to everyone for their responses.

In regards to the OPs question the chat team do endeavour to monitor all the English Language chats across the servers as much as possible, however, there are periods when we are either not on-line or we are otherwise occupied dealing with an issue or issues. As stated by the players above, in such circumstances we rely on community interaction and should you see an infringement of our chat guidelines please let us know by posting on the chat board.

The chat board is a private location so only you and the chat team will be able to see your posts, on posting, a senior member will review the issue and, if required, issue a retrospective sanction against the player or players.
You may also, of course, email support instead if you wish.

When contacting us via the chat board or emailing support, please remember to include details such as server name, your UID, time and room of incident / issue and, if possible a screen shot or copy/paste of chat.

And finally, as stated by xXxBadeAcerxXx we are always on the look out for people to join our team and assist players with chat and forums. So, if anyone is interested, have a look at applying today.

    Kind regards
