[GI] Would it be better to get 21 PPs or upgrade drones first?

What would be the wises decision?

 

Depends in play style and desires. The PP are a better choice as they apply to everything but others will say Upgrades are more important. Without full Shielding PP's you are really just a sitting duck without ring formation.

 

My goal is to be able to solo cubikons. I have a pretty solid idea on how to do it with the Aegis ship and some drone formations but I want to know if the shield skills are more important here than upgrading the drones and also, which one is cheaper to accomplish.

 

I would say that get electro-optics maxed out and after that you can do whatever you want (going for PvP or PvE). Increasing hit chance is important because that will overall increase your damage output.

When you have gotten your skills that you need, go for drones and rocketlauncher.

 

get electro optic and alien NPC dmg in ur pilot bio then upgrade drones.

 

I can solo Cube's in a Goli or Aegis with the Bubble Shield (Shield Mechanics/Engineering maxed) using SAB and Eco's and the switching to x-3 using Kami 3 times.

 

I would like to gain profit from it. Using premium ammo seems contradicting.

 

Go kill BK's then, you don't have as much competition for them and they respawn so much more often.
