[GI] ZETA GATE ISSUE

    I completed the gate Zeta but I never received the rewards or the ring above my rank but I have got the Kronos part from zeta to prove that I have finished it. What should i do? Also how can I change my email? my email account got hacked so i cant change my in-game email anymore. I contacted support but they said they can't help since I need my old email.

    For both issues you need to contact support for further assist.

    What comes to e-mail change, it is possible via support but you need to prove that you are the original owner of the account you play with.

    Oh i have told support about the gate but they replied to me saying that im using a different email and could not be able to sort it out
