    Nobody is getting in trouble, it's just a visual bug that nobosy could expect and be punished for. As it doesn't give any bonuses to your ship it doesn't affect the game in any way. If you think it through, the player glowing is at disadvantage because he sticks out of the crowd and it's easier to lock.

    Yes, but it's a bug. When you change hangars without logging out from a leonov that is located in your x-1 base to any other ship, the leonov glow will be kept on that ship until you are destroyed.
