    So i assumed at first, maybe it was just leos that had glowed.

    Then a friend msg'd me when i woke up, with another picture, plus a friend told me he saw a aegis with it.

    So like... What's up with this.

    It's meant to be just the leonov that glows, but if you are in a leonov and switch hangers without logging out it gives the new ship a glow too.

    You don't get the leonov bonus on the new ship though, just the visual effect of the blue glow.
