Goliath Design Idea

I was thinking of a design for a goliath that would make resources that are used to upgrade generators, lasers , and rockets more efficient. It should make resources 50% more efficient , so for example if i were to upgrade my lasers with 1000 seprom instead of 10000 volleys i would have 15000 volleys .The bonus is only active if the player has the design equipped. I haven`t thought of a name so feel free to give suggestions.

The price should be 100k uri and available in trade.
I think the colors should be black purple and orange.

 

I feel like this should be a chip, that way, everyone should have it. But I like it, maybe not 50%, maybe more like 15% or 25%.

 

I agree with what cooljak said. It does sound more like a chip instead of a design, but what if the bonus had to be activated, like the spectrum or aegis designs etc, and maybe it should last for 3 hours and cool down for 4 hours too?

 

I think 30% should be enough ,and i like the idea about the chip. If it were to have a cool down It should be around 30-45m.

 

Okay do you mean adding a base 30% to the ore

Ex: Seprom increases firepower by 90%

Or a 30% increase of the effectiveness

Ex: Seprom increases firepower by 78%

 

He means 30% bonus to amount of seprom added. Example: 100 seprom added to shields gives 1000 minutes of shield bonus. What it would do would be turn that 100 seprom/1000 minutes into 1300 minutes (a 30% increase in amount of seprom minutes added.) At least, thats what I think he means.

 

If it meant that^, it'd be kind of pointless, wouldn't it?
