Got banned on usa east for account sharing

So, my first time posting on the forums my bad if i posted this in the wrong section, here's my problem, It was like a week ago or something i was casually playing DO, and then in a whisper some guys accused me that he saw me botting this morning, and i said: "How did you see me bot i thought all bots were deleted and all bot users banned i don't know man i share this account with my friend he likes to box alot." And then he complained to the CM or GA not sure anyways and bam i got banned for account sharing, i didn't know it was a bannable action and im sry, not disliking the rules or anything i just wanna know for how long have i been banned if it is not perma.

To find out how long you have been banned for you will need to email support, good news is you have your User ID so it should be a smooth process:

My guess would be you have a 30 day suspension, just next time make sure you read up on what is against the rules.

 

Ok then. I thought maybe a mod could answer it so i don't need to go trough the trouble of waiting for support to answer. Tread can be closed, if that is still a thing dunno,lol
