Hack Compensation

I believe that there should be a page that will let you file a claim about what happened, and then they will investigate, and if the story checks out, then will compensate you for what you lost, and thn, if the situation is that bad, they will give you some credits and some uri so you can get some more stuff. For example, i had 8 iris, which my clan helped me get on the auction, and today, i was doing my normal business and then 2 hackers came out of nowhere and killed me, one then the other, right in a row. i was getting hit for 125k, and i died almost instantly. I lost 3 of my 8 irises, and those were the three that had about 20% damage apiece. I ended up getting 3 flax to fill in, because i will not have anymore help from the clan (no offense, arch) until everyone is fe.

 

I think if people could get back what they lost, many will take advantage of this and get loads of things for free. I would suggest buying a auto drone-rep cpu.

 

It's the responsibility of the user to keep an eye of the drone damage themselves. Although the drone rep cpu would help if you don't have the uri or rep credits for it, it won't help. As for the "hacking" 125k damage is completely normal theres nothing wrong with that. Sorry but I don't think support would be helping out with this.
