Hades Gate reset

    I have lost my Hades gate on stage 3. Someone told me it would reset and I went to check my gate and there was a new gate so I clicked "prepare jump" but it's gone back to the beginning. Then someone told me I had to go on the forum. Please could I have it reset to stage 3?

    Sorry for the delayed response.

    For future references:
    If you didn't had a gate reset in last 1month then you will get your galaxy gate reseted and you need to Contact Support for any further assistance on this issue. Note: Gate reset is done only when you lose complete gate.

    Closing as OP was directed to support/ answered.
