Hades title glitch

This is the message I will be sending to support, I am only creating a thread here since the response email told me to do this before I send a further email:
"Hello, so there is a title that can only be earned by completing a Hades Galaxy Gate, I completed this gate at 06.04.2014 - 22:08 and have not received my title Emperor of Hades since, I am beginning to wonder if this is a glitch and if so I would appreciate it being fixed and receiving my title. I have an image on snipping tool showing proof of how I did Hades just incase. I would like this fixed, thank you."
So I did the gate, first time, with 8 people, I completed the whole gate, no lag and I never left the gate, got the 4 booty keys, 8 log disks, 4m EP and it said I did the gate in my log, but no title, I'm just wondering if there is anything I can do before I send a proper inquiry to the DO support team. I asked around in normal chat and everyone told me to message support, I will do this shortly (in the morning) unless a solution can be found here. Anyone with tips or suggestions welcome to port here, please don't waste my time
And just incase you people think it takes a minute for the title to register, it's been almost an hour I have done a dozen refreshes and logged out and back in multiple times.
