Hanger Hall Help – slot extender

I just opened my second hanger hall and place a vengeance in it. When I try to place a SO4 CPU (or any other slot extender) in the extra’s when using configuration 1 I get the following error message ERROR – This Item can’t be equipped to this slot (the existing 2 slots are not filled). Yet when I go to configuration 2 there no problems and the slot extender is accepted. Does anybody know why this is so?

 

Because it is an ongoing glitch that they don't seem to have a priority on fixing or notifying anyone on how to work round it.

Put the cpu in a drone slot. Then remove it. Then add it to extras and it should work correctly. Other options is to click delete configuration.

 

no you dont do that just delete the eqipment off the hanger as if u hade eqippment on that ship then try puting it on ship u should work for u i have same probs when swoping to a leo to rank drones up

 

Trust me, I've replied to many posts regarding this problem. He needs to either use the delete config button or put the slot extender in a drone slot and then remove it to fix this bug.

I tried just deleting the configuration first as it seemed to be the easiest and it worked. Perhaps this can be added to the FAQ for hangers or something if the glitch is not going to be fixed.
