    I bidded on the iris on the last auction just gone,won the iris but the system never gave it me can someone help me on this please.I.D 29888597 mustafah_singh_songh

    Have you logged out and back in to the game to see if the Iris was then added to your account. If so, and it is still not there... you will need to contact support with the following information:

    Ship name
    User ID
    Server
    Registered email address.
