    They said me last week to reply them on the open ticket for unban my main account, but for now they didn't reply, i sent the mail yesterday and i'm gonna think i won't my account again, it was banned for a special mistake^^

    It seems support is going very very slow on a couple of the games I play, I'm guessing they're investigating or haven't gotten around to replying or are just ignoring you.
