Check the levels of the refineries on the right hand side. If they are higher level than the collector then it will consume everything available after time. To fix it just turn the refineries off for a while to build up more stock and upgrade your collectors to the same level or higher.

It's best to keep collectors at a higher level than refineries so you always have some spare to continue upgrading other things.

    Hope this helps.

you have to turn off endurium and Terbium to build a bit the Prometium, also make these 3 at same level or it will consume faster than normal so they can produce at same time

After reviewing your account, the suggestion that was offered was correct - you did need to turn the other things off to let the Prometium collector build up.

However I did notice something that will continue to cause you issues. All of your refineries are higher level than your collectors. What you need to do to have a continual working Skylab is... get the collectors to level 19 and your refineries to level 18. Leaving the collectors at level 19, you will never need the robot assistance and it will continually be working... therefor producing enough ore to supply the refineries.

Does the OP have any further questions on this topic?
    I hope this was helpful.

    Have a nice day.
