Hellstorm Retalliation CPU

  1. The idea is a CPU which changes the function of the Hellstorm rocket laucher to fire a single hellstorm per enemy per second when the ship is attacked, when the CPU is active. This will, of course, bypass the 3 second reload, which is compensated by the heavy ammo consumption when attacked by multiple targets and the fact that it doesn't activate against players that simply run away (against whom the regular auto-hellstorm CPU is more effective).

    This would be more effective with a citadel! The citadel should fire 2 rockets per second in retalliation, given that it has 2 rocket launchers. This would also make draw fire a great PVP skill, as the citadel can draw fire and fortify, then proceed to steam out a truly hellish storm.

    Hopefully this idea makes hellstorms less than useless in heavier firefight situations and makes the citadel less useless than the Aegis.

    I'm in two minds about whether or not it would work against NPCs. I think it should, personally, as it would be extremely expensive and would simply waste credits against most NPCs, giving a reason to not keep it on permanently or at least only use it tactically.
