HELP ME PLZ!!

    I have been trying to log into my account for months now and all that happens in page refresh.... i have put a bit of money into this game and i am getting no help from anyone.....

    i have (had) two accounts and when i tried to log into my main account nothing happens. i loged into my noob account and that account for some reason had a name change and got my main accounts name? i changed it and click forgot username and put my email in and it game me a list of my main account's username (they have different emails) so i changed the password and still nothing? i am really upset about this and hope some how i can get my account and everything back :( anyone at all?

    This is not something that people on the forums can help you with, you have to message support.

    i did but all i get back is the same reply.... i can get my member id because i can't log in.. :/

    Well, if you were gone longer than 4 weeks, that account may have been deleted. In the T&Cs, it states that an account will be queued for deletion if it's inactive for longer than 4 weeks.

    i have two accounts. one i have not gotten on in over a year that i just loged into and my main account. it doesn't say it wrong username or pass or anything just page refresh.

    why would they remove an account that has had over 700 put into it and not the other account that has not been active in a year with no money put into it?

    i never cheated or did anything like that... so how could it have gotten banned if it did?
