help me understand...

    I used over 50 emps in two days. Each one costing me 1k uri, and your answer was giving us 5 emps for the inconvenience...wow! btw, I never got the 5 emps. The shield glitch is now going on months. I can't use sentinel design when cloaked. After getting popped and jumping to a map you can't use hot keys until you refresh..Is DO going to fix anything to improve the glitches? Very angry that I could use all my emps because of a glitch and nothing was done but a woops we're sorry! really!

    Hi there,

    I am sorry to see that you are disappointed with the compensation given by support. Unfortunately it is always hard for support to judge what compensation to give therefore it will not meet the expectations of all the users.

    I do have an update regarding the shield issue for you. Support has made progress regarding this issue and is aiming for a fix at some point next week.

    I have also been out on the maps to have a look at the other issues you reported, however i didn't experience any issues using the Sentinel when cloaked, therefore if you have any more detail on what the problem it is you encounter when you try to do so, that would be great.

    I also tried looking at your hot key issue and was unable to recreate the problem you are having. Therefore can i ask, when you get popped where is it that you repair (base, portal or on spot)? And by 'jumping', do you mean using a jump chip or do you mean jumping a portal.

    yep the sentinel glitch happens when a person uses their ship ability and then cloaks. the player runs around thinking they're cloaked but you can see their bubble shield. Glad to hear they're working on the shield glitch. About the cloaks. i'll just buy more, they're so cheap. but thx Dd, I do appreciate you letting me vent.

    Hi SnakeIdol,

    Ah i understand now. The issue with the sentinel is affecting all the special goliath designs, for some reason their abilities are not being cloaked, looks cool but they are a bit of a giveaway. The issue has been reported to support and hopefully a solution to this particular issue shall be found soon.
