    I've heard this bug is happening more often again now where people aren't receiving items won from auction. The best thing to do is send the log entries where you bid for the item to support and they should give it to you.

    Thank you for assisting this player with their issue, If you have not received items that were won in the auction... you will need to contact support.

    Please provide the following information:
    Ship name
    Server
    user ID
    registered email address for account.

    Also a copy of your transaction logs to assist them in locating your issue.
