Help with old account from 5 yrs. ago

Hello my name is Mario. I use to play darkorbit and the last time I logged in was in 2009. Would I still be able to log into my old account? I no longer have the username to that account and tried to get it through email but it says no account is found with this email. Could you please search which email it is under and user name. I can provide with User ID. I can also provide you with the Card Holder name and Address of the last credit card transaction I remember.

Does anyone know the email to support?

M4RiOnGSXR, First, polls are not permitted in this area. Second, if the account has not been logged in to for a long period of time, it is possible that the account has been deleted due to inactivity. Support may be able to look and see if the account is still present, but if it has indeed been 5 years, it is likely gone I'm afraid.
As this is an account issue, you will need to contact Support in regards to this matter. There is a link in my signature.
