    i has 3 havoc drone design of the original
    And i can finish 2nd havoc design more,but i can not get it both why?
    So much wasted time
    So much wasted money

    If I understand your question correctly you are asking about Havoc design from Zeta gates. All I would like to add is the chances of getting Havoc Design from Zeta gate are random and you have to be lucky enough to get one.
