    i won a ship in auction where can i find it

    When you've won a ship in the Auction, go to your back-page and to hanger, on the bottom of the page it should display your current ship and your new ship and an ''Allocate'' button, use that to ship to your new ship, however it deletes your old ship in that hanger and it can't be recovered.

    You need to go to the hangar page, then allocate your new ship.

    if you leave a ship there instead of allocating it, then will it eventually disappear? because i want to buy another hanger, but ill probably win a Goliath (auction)before i can afford the hanger. im hoping the storage is permanent so i can do that.

    It should stay there until you allocate it, yes.
