    Can any1 tell me why my acc is suspendet
    my user name is : djxl.sa.tx
    Server : UsaWest
    and why support arent sending me back the answer , i wrote them 3 messages , and no one got replyt , please tell them to send me back

    Do you have a ticket number, and I need the following information:

    Ship name
    Server:
    User ID.

    I would also ask are you checking the email address that the ship is registered to. As that is where the responses will go to.
