HELP!

And just in case anyone thinks it is a glitch in the numeric count, I just did battle with a Struener. Took me out with the second volly...LOL

 

ok this is my last shot at trying to solve this, cus i am really misinterpreting you lol ok so you have hangers 1 and 2, 1 be the goli and 2 be the spear? correct? ok a point to make note is that all items will only go to one hanger, so you would have to take them all off the spear on both configs and then equip to goli, but something tells me you know this . also you say the extras load? does this mean you have equipped them to the goliath but for some reason won't load on the game? try these ideas out, as this is my best attempt lol. also have you heard back from support?

 

Hi mongoose, below is a the screen shot of what I see in your equipment listing. Which is similar to what CURVY and you are posting as a link. If you are not seeing the same then the issue would appear to be a cache issue;

So if you have Ccleaner (free ware) run that, if not then clear cache and flash cache then re-log. If that doesn't fix it, then check you have the latest version of flash and java.

I do notice that you shield strength on your Veng is very low.

To take a screen shot:-
you need to Use "Print screen" on your PC, save that to an image capture software like paint,
Then you need on line storage like photbucket,

Use the "IMG" option to capture the link and post that.

If you take a screen shot of what you are seeing in game, including your in game ship stats and your in game CPU menu. It might help use to work out what is wrong.

If you are flying A goli and have been all the way though this issue, then it would appear to be a server side issue so you will need to contact support.

 

Okie Dokie, sorry it took so long for me to respond but it took support a while. The good news it is fixed. A young man names Justin was terrific. He is in customer support, and deserves a raise. Anyhow he had no idea what was wrong. He was as perplexed as I, and he actually knew what he was talking about on programming. He truly knocked himself out and went above and beyond. However, once he logged in he jogged it loose. The suspicion is that it had just locked up when I was killed. Once someone from outside logged in on my account, it just unjammed, simple as that. Anyhow that is the best guess that we came up with. Anyhow it works and that is the main thing. So Pacman2 and Oki you both were on the right track. And Curvy bless your heart. I sincerely apologize if I seemed a little short at times. The help is truly appreciated. I do however get a little frustrated at times over issues like this as I am sure we all can get.

 

^^ You should edit out the names of the support staff that helped you. It is not permitted by some rule, somewhere. I can't point you to it as it's more of a pseudo-rule.

 

Actually it's less of an issue in this case and it is not the actual email from support that he has quoted, merely naming Justin and singing his praises (I will be sure to pass this along to him so that he knows he is appreciated )

Not on this issue. I was not worried about the support staff compliment. It would be strange to say the least to not accept a compliment for a job well done. Generally the only thing Customer Support gets anywhere is "[removed]" at all the time.

Yes I do have another question, thank you for asking. 1) How come the inventory does not completely move between the Ship, Drones, and Pet. I have deleted all configurations and am trying to load speed generators on the Pet. However, they do not flow from the Ships inventory to the Pets. 2) Just completed the Alpha and Beta gates. I see what the waves are. I see what the rewards and operations are. Is there somewhere or someone who can give me advice on the correct procedure to fight and configure the ship in these gates. Somewhere I read that the Invasion gates were a good training field for these. And I guess I should ask if I should buy extra lives before undertaking this. Sorry but you asked if I had anymore questions. You did not say they had to be on original subject. LOL . Anyway any help you could extend is deeply appreciated. Thanks Mongoose.

 

With regard to the Pet question, I believe that the answer might be that because the Pet is slaved to the Ship, No extra speed generators are required. Is that it? I thought perhaps it would make it faster collecting.

 

When does the Drone Repair CPU activate. Ship of course been destroyed several times. Drone damage all at 75%. Getting nervous about losing them. Repair or wait? There surely is something I am not doing, however it says that it is automatic activation when the level of damage reaches 70%.

 

You are right, the pet goes the same speed you do so for it to be faster you need a faster ship

If you have the drone repair CPU 2, then it'll activate at 100% don't worry, just make sure you have repair credits or enough uridium to repair them then not to worry and make sure the chip is on both configurations. that way if you lose a drone it'll be a glitch in the system and i'm sure justin could help you out again

 

Curvy, Thank you again. So it works at 100% damage to the Drones OK. I will make sure I have one on each configuration when I have 2 configurations, and maintain both credits and Uridium to cover. Currently have only one configuration I am almost sure that won't affect anything right? Do you want to take a shot on the Galaxy Gate question?

 

Curvy, on the Smart Bomb. I have 2oo to 400 xenomit on board however when I activate the Bomb 100 Xenomit subtracts, the bomb button goes into "cool down" but nothing happens to anyone. They just continue killing me. Their damage level whether it is a player or an alien does not change. What do you think I am messing up here?

Speed generators and ship extras cannot be equipped to the PET so they do not flow to that part of the hanger, Speed gens cannot be equipped to drones either.

With regards to galaxy gate Alpha this is from the old forum, It is archived and read only but you will be able to view it

Beta gate will be the same to set up but the aliens in it are 2x strength (Alpha are normal strength)

Smart bombs are only effective against player ships, they do not work against aliens at all. (Why you are not seeing an effect against players however I cannot answer).
