I got banned for saying "kick"

I get kicked at least fifty times per day of playing

Every time i speak another language on chat they tell me ...make room...go outfit chat ...and then it starts

their chat is a mess especially filters they set up for profanities

English word for male sex organ in certain language means "look" so if you are distracted and type it in outfit chat you are out

could go on and give examples of other words but no point ...

 

that's why i suggest them to use at last PEGI 12 rules ..
saying ban, kick, admin, mod, idiot, [removed], crap..ain't a reason to ban a player


Also ... a Deactivate/Activate PvP command would be awesome ..

haha Alistor just deactivate chat in setings like most of ppl did.
i tried to speak about it with suport, but no point. they told me to come here on forum, i made post on chat section and admins here told me go ask suport.
funy thing is that i got kicks even on private chat lol...

 

Hello,

The rules in place are meant to provide a safe and friendly environment for all players. There are many languages, even within our English chats, and players from all around the world with varying ages and cultures.

The system filter may not be perfect, and we are here partly as a testament of that.

As pecanin has pointed out, some words have varying definitions across languages. So yes, we do ask non-English chatters to take it to a private/group/clan room, as the default rooms are English only; and yes, there are words that are completely innocent in one language but are not in another. The ones in the filter are there because they're abused for their meanings that aren't within the chat rules, not for the more appropriate meanings. However, it still stands that the intended language the filter is accounting for, in this case, is English.

If you run in to one of these words, I would encourage you to post in the Chat section with your UserID for us to look into. We are willing to lift bans when it fits.
If ever have a question about a ban, or want it reviewed, are also more than welcome to post those for us to review as well. We are more than happy to help in reviewing and explaining the situation for you. If it isn't something we can help you with in the forums, we will let you know.
& yes, there is no guarantee we will be able to get back to you before the ban would expire anyway. We do try, and ideally we'd love to get back to all of you who post before the ban expires, but we are volunteers and contrary to some beliefs, human too. Unfortunately we aren't always here to deal with it as soon as we all would like.

With that in mind, the rules are what they are. If you have a suggestion to change them, your best bet would be to write support and suggest it with them.

Now, as this thread has already seen to it to insult the moderating team and/or support, I am going to close this to prevent further flaming.
