Hermes Drone designs still dropping from Delta gates?

    Hi
    Are Hermes drone designs still randomly available from delta gates???
    Ive made like 15 deltas on Sunday and a single one dropped...
    And where can you get them from?

    i recall getting them from tome to time. i have 26 of them at the moment.

    I would add; drone drops from Gates is completely random.
