Hitac 2.0 UPDATE + Hitac 3.0

  1. HITAC 2.0
    So I was on the Hitac for a few days and I noticed a couple things that could be changed for the benefit of the players.

    ONE
    One thing I noticed is that Hitacs seem to fly into the same map at once, increasing the amount of lag everyone gets greatly.

    -Example: I was on map 3-4, and the normal Hitac spawned on that map and kept going. Then the Hitac that was in 1-4 joined in, increasing to 2 Hitacs on the map. Then one from EIC followed closely, and what you get is a massive Lagfest 2014 with your PC having to support 3 Full Blown Hitacs flying through, which I know causes others tons of lag.

    Solution could be to spawn the Hitacs at the same time on the default maps that it normally spawns, so as to void this.

    TWO
    Another update that can happen (and very debatable) is where the Hitac normally spits out the Decloaker and the DCR (Slow Effect) rocket effect. I think when all the Minions on it are down, the Hitac should loose the ability to uncloak players and slow them down.

    HITAC 3.0
    I don't know if this will be a good idea, but hey, can't hurt to suggest, right?

    I put some thought into this and it can possibly be the evolved version of the HITAC 2.0.

    It could be an orange color, with similar minions with MAJOR differences.

    NPC Build
    The Shields and HP x 2 more than the HITAC 2.0*.

    The damage will be completely different. The damage it deals are Percent based off your Shields and HP that you have left, not the total. This means that the Hitac cannot kill you, simply weaken you. The only way it will kill you is if it throws out the DDMs (Explained under Abilities).

    Abilites
    Instead, it can spit out an EMP-Burst Every 30 seconds (Along with its normal chance of decloaking a player) and the timer resets at every port jump by firing one 5 seconds after it goes through. This will make it harder to kill (Hence the damage drop).

    Its second ability can be to drop a random mine every 10 seconds, as a scatter bomb, meaning that it will surround the Hitac and stay in position. Mines would have half the range and damage/effect of the normal player mines. The mines have a very short arm time of 1 second (Like the Slow Mine).

  2. Hitac 3.0 no, I would just like to remove the decel Function peroid it accounts for 50% of the boxes that get stolen.

  4. I like everything about this idea. New challenges, but I gotta be honest, i hate the fact that folks can steal your cargo from the hitac, cuz once those dcr mines hit ya, anyone can grab that cargo, if you are the one that has been shooting it the longest, it should belong to you, just like regular cargo, at one point, if you killed an npc, the cargo was visible to you first for a few seconds before it became visible to someone else. I like hitac, but tired of the leeches lol. But great idea, I like it. And maybe it should be in upper maps as well with a higher reward rate.
