Your question isn't really too clear, but as a quick summary of "points".

There is 4 types of points in the game. EP, Honor, Top User and then rank points for badges.

EP is just your Experience Points
Honor is just your honor points.
Top User points is a combination of the two. If you take your own EP and divide it by 1,000 and then take your own honor and divide it by 100, add the two together and that will give you your Top User points.

Rank Points for badges use a formula that you can view from your backpage by pressing "Ranking" button that is under your name

There is no set rank points requirement for ranks you must compete with all the players in your company for ranks as only a certain percentage of all the players in a company can have any given rank at once, the higher the rank the more contested it will be so very few players will have the highest ranks with the exception of the General rank which is limited to only 1 player who has the highest rank points. To rank up you have to pass in points the lowest ranking player of your next rank and he will be demoted to the rank you had.
