Hopeless

Im just feeling hopeless here , why i even go to forum and post any bugs and lags , why ? If i wasnt ignored, they told me just"team will look into it" and iam sure all bugs and lags are still on if i would look 1 year back , im not counting bray and falcon into it now . Lol and everyone now tell me if they even fixed something u guys posted on forum. I could post below it 500 links it which never been fixed and they are not going to. lol

 

I was just told in chat that they are bringing a new client to the game and some are saying that it has cleared up some of the lag issues. I know its annoying to want to play to always have to adjust to hiccups.

 

Most lag is caused by the type of Graphics card you use, most players that have expensive graphic cards on pc have high FPS and little lag

 

i get no lag with a budget graphics card running 60fps

 

well im not talking about lags at all , but about bugs , and a lot of them here , FAIL upgrade hour , now picture on ice rockets dissapeared , we got stucked in hades , sometimes i have feeling uri i collect with my pet dont load into my uri on account , just into log

dont say guys u dont have these ones , and these are making me to feel hopeless cuz they just say "we will look into this thanks for ur help" and they didnt even rep anything except LoW gate - which got bug in invasion gate and brays which are not in pirate maps but they are in bmaps and they are jumpin players there

I am sorry that you feel that certain things in the game are not being addressed in the manner in which you would like.
There is a Developers Blog that states the items that are currently being worked on as well as the monthly Patch notes of items that have been worked on or repaired.

The failed upgrade hour, if you upgraded at 100% and the upgrade failed, it is very easy to contact support and have that matter investigated. I am sure that if the upgrade was done at 100% support will fix the issue and get you back on track.

As for the occasional mishap such as players getting stuck in the Hades gate, that is not an everyday occurrence and the moderator team does work hard to help resolve that matter. Whether it be placing the players back in their home map, etc...

As for the: "sometimes i have feeling uri i collect with my pet don't load into my uri on account", my suggestion to you would be to test that statement. Log in to your account and bring your pet and allow it to start collection. Make not of the amount of uridium you have and only let your pet collect. You should notice the increase as your pet collect.

Currently the LoW gate has been repaired and as for the invasion gate that is a random event of which we do not have any particular issue being investigated. If you feel there is an issue, please let us know. - The brays which appeared in the Battled Maps, that was a random incident and was investigated.

I can tell you that there are numerous things that are being worked on daily to repair and enhance the game. I am sorry that you are feeling frustrated but we are working to resolve these issue.

I always feel better when Astraea answers a post. I would almost take a "we are not going to look at it" from her and be happy still.

I can understand frustrations when there are hiccups. I have gotten where I don't like to take part in events as lag is a major issue everytime, but I don't really log on to take part in the events as a whole, just event quest when they are out. I do feel that the lag has gotten much better, or decreased over the past few months though. I think I got stuck in Beta gate one time for 30 min after finishing it; fixed me something to eat during that time. I supposed I am lucky I have not noticed most bugs that happen. My ISP picking odd times with no notification for maintenance is a bigger issue.
