How Long?

How long is the back page issue expected to last?

Unfortunately we are not able to give a timeline in regards to this issue. Support are aware of it and the developer team are working on a fix.

All I can ask is that you bear with us and please be patient. We are also affected by these issues, I have run out of Eco rockets and pet fuel myself which is making things a lot harder .

Please keep an eye on the official announcements for further information regarding this as that will be the most upto date information available.

There isn't even an official announcement to inform us that it is a known problem. A player has to look in one of the multiple threads regarding the back page issue to find any comments by anyone official.

This problem happened before with the same pages being affected and was fixed around 6 hours later. Currently this is going on over a day and a half with many unable to play as they need to make changes in their hangars.

We've missed a kronos event, half way through lf4 event and 50% boosters are wasting away. Even if they do add on more time for the booster it won't really help those that work full-time jobs during the week and were hoping to play over this weekend on the 50% ep booster.

 

Believe me, We are as frustrated as you guys are. Our boosters are also running down and we cannot make changes either, our player ships are in exactly the same position as yours . All we are able to tell you at present has been posted above as we are not getting any information from those above us at this time other than "We are aware and we are working on it". As I said please be patient and it will be fixed, I just cannot say when and for that I can only apologise

I am going to close this now. Not to censor or stop anyone from asking but purely to try and reduce the number of posts ALL saying the same. We know there is an issue and we have passed it along.
