How much DO you spend on DO and why?

Config without any shield, just speed and full lasers = as assissin config.

 

If you enjoy the game spend a little to get to a decent level once your at a decent level stop paying and start playing.
I regularly spent small amounts on this game and now after a major re-tink i dont spend and to be honest its more fun using cred stuff

Lvl 21. all lf4 -lvl 16, all drones lvl 16, all bo2's lvl 16 and now the fun has returned ,not bothered by rank just about having a giggle with some decent players from time to time.

I enjoy the chat and banter its priceless and fills a few hours on the day off.

So now the bad bot boys have gone ( we hope) lets all enjoy and spend according to your means, and remember its justa game

 

and thats why i would never spend on the game anymore .

 

Once upon a time I used to be a hardcore spender but that all changed from 2010
.
Been here since day one a very old DO player I must like punishment.

1. Lost to many accounts in the past.
2. Why spend you still cant compete against cheats.
3. You don't get value for money now uri should be more for your ££££.
4. Always to many game issues that never gets fixed.

Money isn't a problem if it wasn't for these issues I would still be a big WW but now just happy being cannon fodder and a weak noob.

But you can get a better/stress free gaming exp playing another game or just buying a Ps4 or Xone


soon all players will see right thru BP SCAMS.
Add new items+put out Mega+take Players money=then dont fix the game

that's because support never communicate with CM's, they're just volunteers. They know as much as you or me

 

Ok so i've been playing this game for many years and on a couple different servers. I have been a HUGE wallet warrior and never want to look back at how much I use to spend on this game. I have the extra income to pretty much blow so it wasn't a big deal. I have everything ever possibly imaginable on my East 3 ship and am level 23. I was the old "FE" on East 1 and pretty much had everything needed back then.

Now I spend zip zero nothing nadda! It's not because I don't have the expendable income any longer, actually I have more which is always nice. The reasons are listed below.

1) Poor service from support - too many copy & paste responses to real questions.
2) Gates with Chance = pathetic! Over 80 Kappa's for 10 hercs, really?
3) People in the game who utilize Glitches and never get caught
4) Lack of players on the game
5) The price of uridium is way too expensive if you compare what it use to take to get FE vs what it takes now to be competitive.

I still log in every now and then, move some sep around or do one of those big EP quests then log out. Basically what you're getting at is how they are driving away big spenders because they can't get their act together or wait too long to do so. So I would be an example of one of those big spenders they drove away.

 

I probably spent about 300 on this game since I first started back in 2008. First 3 years I played, I didn't spend anything. Most I ever spent at one time was 200$ so I can get Gates and other good stuff, which is why I have so much ammo I don't need. Such as 2 million x2 and 500k whites.

 

total amount I spent on darkorbit ? 10.500 dollars .on multiple accounts so yeah,,

 

I came around right before the enforcer design for the Goliath came out. I started to buy like every other mega. I spent a good 3,000 dollars across 2 accounts. I don't buy anymore because this is insane. I mean, come on, spend lots of money just to have fun? No way man.

 

I used to spend around $20 a week. This got me ammo and a bunch of gate spins. The most I ever spent was $50. The $50 got me the HP design for the Goli, GG spins, and Log disks. However, for the past year now, I have not spent a penny.
