How to be a good leader

1. Be careful when giving people with lots of rights...
2. Ally only close clans / the clan that you trust most
3. Don't Ally all those clan in your company since it has no point.... Companies are supposed to help each other
4. Build CBS at a strategic place like in x-6 maps because lots of Uber ships from your company is cubing so they could help a bit
5. Build CBS when you have more than 5 members in the base otherwise its just sitting ducks

 

So I think the most important thing, what you have to get is an teamspeak. Because this is especially important for the communication in fights or just to talk to everybody and get to know each other. That will prevent that one war will destroy your entire clan. Clanrules are also important... If your clan members are not strong, sent them with an spearhead collecting bonus boxes on the battlemaps and NOT collecting Palladium. Offer some events, like hunting or just shoot npcs on the 4-5 together... And be carefull with alliances with clans from an different company. That can leads to war from ur own company.

Need help-I'm Co-Leader of aclan that has a weekly EP Point contest. The clan leader has me make the pay-outs...I got the Administration page of of the clan, click on "member" type in the payout amt. type in the reason...then hit the pay button...screen pops up "payment made"...BUT, when I goto the payouts chart,I see -1 credit on a 1 million credit payout...-3 credits on a 3 million credit payout etc...What am I doing wrong?
