How to deal with connection issues that are caused by temporary titles

    Hello Space Pilots,

    We know about the problem with the temporary titles that are causing disconnects for the players. At the moment, we are giving the advice to deactivate their temporary title in the achievement area if they are having connection problems and deactivate the title.

    Currently, the game team is working with high pressure on a solution for this problem and we're aiming on a fix as soon as possible, hopefully next week.

    If someone cannot login to the game, the player should try to
    • go to the achievement area
    • deactivate the temporary title
    • and replace it with a permanent title that they have
    Usually, it should work again if the connection issue is caused by this title problem.
