How to get PET 10 level 3 protocol items etc?

    How do you get it I can only get lvl 2.

    pet has to be lvl 8 for lvl 3 protocols and gears to unlock.

    BØØGΞYMΔИ is correct, you will need to level your PET put to level 8 before you are able to equip level 3 items onto it.
